Annette believes fitness should always be fun, and she brings that passion to every Zumba class she teaches. Originally from Guyana, Annette infuses her classes with energy, joy, and a global flair that keeps participants moving and smiling from start to finish. Her playlists are always fresh, upbeat, and carefully crafted to keep the energy high and the workouts exciting.
As a longtime instructor at the COA, Annette has built a welcoming space where everyone, no matter their fitness level, can feel comfortable, have fun, and leave feeling stronger and happier.
Her mission is simple but powerful: to make fitness something people look forward to, one dance step at a time.
