Marilyn, a Bourne native and former three-sport varsity athlete, graduated from Bridgewater State with a degree in Exercise Science. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she infuses fun and energy into her classes. Her workouts combine mobility, balance, and strength. Join her Adult Fitness Series, open to all fitness levels!
Move through dynamic exercises designed to improve range of motion and reduce stiffness from the day. This class is ideal for active recovery while helping to increase flexibility, stability, and balance. Participants of all abilities are welcome, with movements that can be adjusted to meet your individual comfort and fitness level.
