Sewing Lab: Beginners and Beyond

Sewing machine in a classroom
Sewing lab: Beginners and Beyond is the perfect introduction to learning how to use your sewing machine or adding to the sewing skills that you may already have.

Participants will learn basic sewing machine skills, practice stitches and techniques, ask questions, troubleshoot sewing problems, or bring a current project to work on with instructor guidance.

Beginners are welcome to start with the basics, while more experienced sewist can work at their own pace on projects that interest them.

Each class is flexible and participant-driven, making this a great opportunity to explore sewing in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

What to bring: Your sewing machine and basic sewing supplies if you have them. Project materials may vary depending on what you choose to work on. Sewing machines may be available upon request/depending on class setup.

No previous sewing experience required.
