In-town boards, committees and State/Federal agencies can reserve meeting rooms at no charge. Fees listed below are for events scheduled during regular operating hours, Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 8:30pm. The 3 hour time block is to include the set-up and breakdown of your meetings.

Equipment Provided: Screen, projector, laptop and HDMI cable
For hybrid meetings or presentations, use of the Town's equipment is required - bring presentations on an external hard drive / USB to be connected into this equipment.
Per Town of Bourne Building Policies: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Town Property. Smoking is not allowed on the Community Building Property - This includes cigarettes, E-cigarettes, vapes and marijuana. All visitors to the Community Building must enter and exit through either the main lobby doors or the rear door located in the back of the building. All groups are responsible for the set-up and breakdown of the room. The room needs to be returned to its original set-up after use. If extra time is needed for this set-up and breakdown, please build that into your reservation request, but please note that fees are based off of the hourly blocks listed in the fees section. Due to the limited space, supplies or equipment needed for your rental cannot be stored in the building. The Town of Bourne is not responsible for items left behind. All participants must adhere to all other policies and rules set by the Town of Bourne. |
