Gym Information
The gym is available for walking whenever the community center is open.  For walkers safety, we suggest reviewing the calendar and avoiding times where ball sports are being played.  Please feel free to call us at 508-759-0600 ext. 5302 with questions.

Gym requests must be accompanied by the following: 
1.  Signed Disclaimer - Our Release and Indemnification agreement (Acknowledged during online request process).
2.  Certificate of Insurance.  This should be uploaded to your bournerec.com account or emailed to KMcCready@Bourne-MA.gov prior to the submission of  your request.  Amounts are $1,000,000/person and $2,000,000/occurrence for all private groups/organizations.

Gym Capacity:  Up to 4 teams for practice (full gym)

Per Town of Bourne Building Policies:
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Town Property.
Smoking is not allowed on the Community Building Property - This includes E-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana and other related paraphernalia.
All visitors to the Community Building must enter and exit through either the main lobby doors or the rear door located in the back of the building. Exterior door to the gym are for emergency exits only (These must remain closed at all times).
All groups are responsible for the set-up and breakdown of the gym. The gym needs to be returned to its origional set-up after use. If extra time is needed for this set-up and breakdown, please build that into your reservation request, but please note that fees are based off of the hourly blocks listed in the fees section.
Due to the limited space, personal / the renters supplies / equipment needed cannot be left in the building. The Town of Bourne is not responsible for items left behind.
All participants must adhere to and and all other policies and rules set by the Town of Bourne.

Fees
Registered non-profit (Up to 2 hours) - $40 half gym / $80 full gym
All other organizations (Up to 2 hours) - $80 half gym / $160 full gym
Game Rental (Up to 3 hours) - Additional $50 on top of gym rental fee - Includes use of scoring equipment.

Please be cognizant that rental times and fees include the set up and breakdown of practice / game / event.
