In-town boards, committees and State/Federal agencies can reserve meeting rooms at no charge. The James Mulvey Meeting Room is for the primary use of regulatory meetings. Reservations may be cancelled based on the need of Town Departments and Committees. We will do our best to give you a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Fees listed below are for events scheduled during regular operating hours, Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 8:30pm and Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm.
The 3 hour time block is to include the set-up and breakdown of your meetings.
Capacity: 10 Chairs at the Conference Table, 32 in Attendance.
Set-Up: Tables set in 1 large rectangle
Equipment Provided: Screen and Projector
For hybrid meetings or presentations, use of the Town's equipment is required - bring presentations on an external hard drive / USB to be connected into this equipment.

Please enter through the main lobby entrance, located at the front of the building. Visitors may exit through gym lobby, veterans lobby, or main lobby doors in back when leaving.
Alcohol-free space: Town property is an alcohol-free zone. Thank you for keeping it safe and family-friendly for all.
Smoke-free property: Our building and grounds are smoke-free, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. We appreciate your help in keeping the air clean.
Room set-up and Clean-up: Groups are responsible for arranging and restoring the room to its original layout. If you’ll need extra time for this, please include it in your reservation request. (Fees are based on the hourly blocks listed in our fee schedule.)
No storage available: Space is limited, so we can’t store supplies or equipment for rentals. The Town of Bourne is not responsible for items left behind.
Follow all town rules: All participants must follow other policies and guidelines set by the Town of Bourne.
Restrictions: We do not allow rentals for individuals profit in the Community Center. For profit use will be restricted to in-house trainings, etc. No fee based trainings, clinics, or seminars.
